Ryan was the community programs administrator with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration (JRA) in the Region 3 Everett Parole Office.

Before moving to Everett, Ryan worked at the JRA Central Office as the Community Juvenile Accountability Act program administrator. He has led JRA and Juvenile Court programs putting in place the Integrated Treatment Model and evidence-based best practices. He has an extensive background working with legislative staff on issues affecting JRA programs.
